Western Port St. Lucie (including St. Lucie West and Tradition) provides easy access to Interstate 95 for its active adult communities and gated neighborhoods.   Tesoro is a gated community with elegant homes at the southern end of St. Lucie County.   Veranda Falls and Veranda Gardens feature new construction communities with a wide variety of single-family homes. Many new communities are currently under construction.

Eastern Port St. Lucie features exclusive communities such as Ballantrae Yacht & Country Club and the Club Med Sandpiper Bay Resort located along the St. Lucie River.  There are many non-HOA neighborhoods throughout Port St. Lucie, predominately east of Florida’s Turnpike and Interstate 95.
